SHIPPING & HANDLING

I will ship your package using USPS First Class Mail with tracking. All items ready to ship will ship within 3 to 5 days upon purchase and most of the time, within 48 hours. If your item is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and ship time. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your item ships. Please send me a message if you need your order expedited or shipped with special instructions. Additional shipping options are available at checkout. For international shipping inquiries or if you would like your order shipped using FedEx or UPS, please message me for a quote. 
Each piece of NEAL jewelry is crafted by hand. Please keep this in mind, as there may sometimes be delays or backorders. In the event that your jewelry is delayed, you will receive an email and estimated ship time. I am as meticulous about shipping and handling as I am about crafting each piece. It’ll be worth the wait. For fine and custom jewelry, I recommend shipping with insurance. If you are local, we can arrange a studio pickup. Message me anytime to sort out your shipping needs.

SHIPPING GOLD WEDDING JEWELRY

I recommend shipping your fine gold and custom jewelry USPS Priority + Insurance and have included that option at checkout. However, if you choose NOT to ship with this method please know that I am not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. If you are local, and would like to pick up your rings at my Minneapolis studio, please send me a message and we'll set something up. 

PACKAGING

All jewelry comes packaged in a recycled paper logo box with a cotton muslin pouch. All orders will include an itemized purchase confirmation slip. If you are shipping the jewelry as a gift directly to its recipient, please send a message and let me know and I’ll not include the receipt. When ordering multiple items please send a message if you would like them individually packaged. Otherwise, items will be packed together to save resources.

MADE TO ORDER OR SOLD OUT

All jewelry is produced by hand. I handle most of the production here in my Minneapolis studio. I keep a limited amount of inventory on hand that is ready to ship but otherwise I make your jewelry to order, just for you. My typical turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks. I try to account for delays, mistakes and life stuff in this time but if for some reason production is delayed I will contact you.  I am a small operation but customer service is foremost for me. So, I am happy to accommodate and expedite whenever I can! Just send me a message.
